About Us

Group Fitness Studio

We are a boutique style studio that caters to small group fitness.  Our main goal is to give our participants an intimate setting with specialized instruction to ensure a more effective workout, and an overall great experience. 

Our Space

Our beautifully crafted boutique style studio has all-natural cork flooring, and large windows to let the natural light in that will surely inspire your workouts!

Storage

Getting to your equipment could never be easier with our built-in shelving.  It will keep you and our studio organized and the equipment clean.

I am owner of Cavalier Fitness Studio, and the Head Tennis Pro at the Village Glen.  I have 30 plus years as a tennis player and instructor and am  the  Director of the Adult Devolpment  Programs and Director of Tournaments and Events.  I hope to bring  a great sense of community and expertise to the studio through my work experience and my passion for fitness.

I have been a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 18 years.   I hold multiple group exercise certifications in TRX, Group Cycling, Pilates Mat, Yoga, Body Pump and more.   I believe that having a balance between work, family and fitness is essential to living and maintaining  a happy and healthy lifestyle.

I started my fitness journey in the early nineties as I paid my way through law school teaching step aerobics as an AFAA instructor. Since then I have run six full marathons and dozens of half marathons.  I am a partner in a busy law firm but over the years I have made fitness a priority. I am thrilled to be part of a team with other women as engaged in fitness as I am.  While its not my full time job, it is an avocation that I treasure and I cannot wait to bring my enthusiasm to you.  Because I am not full time, I relate to the challenging balance we face between career, family and finding time for our own workouts.
