I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a former student at the University at Buffalo in Exercise Science. I am owner of Cavalier Fitness Studio, and the Head Tennis Pro at the Village Glen. I have 30 plus years as a tennis player and instructor and am the Director of the Adult Devolpment Programs and Director of Tournaments and Events. I hope to bring a great sense of community and expertise to the studio through my work experience and my passion for fitness.
I have been a group exercise instructor and personal trainer for over 18 years. I hold multiple group exercise certifications in TRX, Group Cycling, Pilates Mat, Yoga, Body Pump and more. I believe that having a balance between work, family and fitness is essential to living and maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle.

I am thrilled to be part of a team with other women as engaged in fitness as I am. While its not my full time job, it is an avocation that I treasure and I cannot wait to bring my enthusiasm to you. Because I am not full time, I relate to the challenging balance we face between career, family and finding time for our own workouts.
